In the News

I've been quoted in our local paper about the forthcoming Romance Writers of Australia conference! Check out the article here.

Oh, and I survived the snake! Well, obviously:-) Husband coaxed him into a tree next to the veranda. I don't think snakey was too happy about it. So nice and warm in the kitchen!

Great quote, Christine! Hm...branding...definitely something that will be a struggle for me (if I ever make it to the point where it matters, LOL!). :)

Thanks, Jennifer! There was an interesting article on Romancing the Blog recently about branding. Some authors think it can work to your disadvantage, like typecasting for an actor. And someone made the point that you should check with your publisher to make sure your idea of your brand coincides with theirs. I thought that was a good point. I've also decided I'd be better off spending the time writing than agonising over what my brand is going to be:)
